Myer & Partners collects information you provide directly to us, including your mobile phone number, when you initiate a text message conversation with our employees or request that we contact you via SMS. We use this information strictly to engage in 1-to-1 conversational and transactional business communications, answer your inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide requested customer support.

2. Absolute No-Sharing Policy for Mobile Data
We value your privacy above all else. Charles R. Myer & Partners does not share, sell, rent, or lease your mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent data, or text messaging information to any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing, promotional, or any other commercial purposes under any circumstances.

3. Third-Party Service Providers
Your mobile data is processed securely through our communication infrastructure provider (Microsoft Teams). This data is used solely to facilitate the delivery of our 1-to-1 texts to you. Our service providers are strictly prohibited from using your data for their own independent marketing or training purposes.

4. Opt-Out and Data Retention
You may opt-out of text communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receiving a STOP request, we will update our systems to ensure no further text messages are sent to your number by our team.
